Every product that leaves our plants passes through a rigorous, multi-stage quality system built on decades of manufacturing discipline.
It is our goal to achieve complete customer satisfaction by meeting his entire needs and exceed his expectations. As an ISO/TS-16949 company, our quality management practice has direct influence over design, development, materials management and subsequent production procedures. Comprehensive procedures, responsibilities and authorities are documented in our Quality Manual.
We propose to introduce State-of-art CNC measuring equipment & online stastical process controls in our production system. Besides stringent in-process checks, final inspection are carried out to ensure defect free products are only shipped to our esteemed customers.
